Outdoor Afro Bird Walk

Come birding with Outdoor Afro at Louisville Nature Center. You're probably thinking, what is birding? Birdwatching, or birding, is a form of wildlife observation in which the observation of birds is a recreational activity. It can be done with the naked eye, through a visual enhancement device like binoculars and telescopes, or by listening for bird sounds.

Birding expert Rod Botkins will lead us on a bird walk at Louisville Nature Center. This event is great for new bird watchers/birders, but all experience levels are welcome to attend. Dress in layers in the event of cold weather. Binoculars will be provided by Louisville Nature Center, but feel free to bring your own.

This event is free, but donations to Louisville Nature Center are encouraged.
