Birds are musicians of the natural world. Without their diverse calls and songs, the forest would be a much quieter place. On this guided hike, Jen (Sat) Luke (Sun) will focus on identifying bird species by the sounds they make and discuss behaviors associated with their call. You’ll come away from this hike with the knowledge needed to identify common bird species found in Beargrass Creek State Nature Preserve. Binoculars recommended.
