Classic Package: $950*
The Classic Package includes a one-time 8 hour rental of the following:
● Indoor rental space
● Outside lawn, including gazebo, picnic tables, sensory garden. Please note: this excludes hiking trails and Nature Play Area.
● Exclusive use of the parking lot
● Use of approximately 50 chairs and 9 6-ft long banquet tables
● Access to wifi, microwave, toaster oven, two coffee machines, and dishwasher. The refrigerator and freezer are used for storing some educational supplies, however you are welcome to use any space available.
● Ability to schedule an event walkthrough and multiple virtual meetings with an LNC staff person to walk through finer details

Add-ons
● $50: Each additional hour over 8 hours
● $300: To either host a rehearsal dinner at LNC, set-up the night before (set-up to begin no earlier than 4pm), or clean-up the following day (clean-up must be finished no later than 12pm)
● $500: To host rehearsal/set-up time the night before and clean-up the subsequent day (must be finished no later than 12pm)
● $25: Tablecloth rental: 15 black tablecloths
● $25: Extension cord (100 feet) rental
● $70: 200 feet of outdoor string lights. You are responsible for setting up and taking down lights for your event.

Wedding Ceremony Site Suggestions
● Sensory Garden: Suitable for weddings no larger than 20 people. Tents, tables, and chairs are permitted, so long as they do not go off the sidewalk. Altering plants (cutting, moving, etc.) in any way is prohibited.
● Side lawn: Suitable for weddings of approximately 60-100 guests. Tents, tables, and chairs are permitted, so long as they do not disturb any flower beds.
Rental Guidelines
● An LNC staff member present for your event is not guaranteed.
● Renters are responsible to setting up, breaking down and cleaning the space during the allotted rental time.
● If alcohol is present at your event, we require a copy of your bartender’s insurance.
● We do not provide parking attendants. We will leave reservation signs and traffic cones, however having an individual direct cars from your party can be helpful. Overflow parking is at The Louisville Tennis Center.
● Please use painter’s tape when decorating. Taping decorations to the back mural is not permitted.
● The use of non-biodegradable confetti is prohibited.
● The use of candles, grills, or fire pits is prohibited.
● Digging or altering the ground in any way (aside from stakes) is prohibited.
● Bands and DJs must follow Louisville’s noise ordinance.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
● To reserve a date, we require payment of half of the rental fee, along with the rental deposit. The second half must be paid 4 weeks before your event date.
● 80% of the rental fee is refundable up until 4 weeks before your event date. Within 4 weeks of your rental date, the rental fee is non-refundable.
