Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child for Swallowtail Forest School!

Please complete the application and pay the $25 application fee. The Swallowtail Forest School Director will receive your application and respond within 1-3 business days to schedule a tour. You must tour the classroom to be eligible for enrollment.

Upon enrollment, your $25 application fee will be credited towards the enrollment fee of $175.

Children must be 3 years old to start the program, use the bathroom independently, and be capable of following directions to keep themselves and others safe.
